Domestic Delivery (India)

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier partner availability and local conditions. Aarisha is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Packaging

Every Aarisha piece is carefully wrapped in premium, tamper-evident packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:

• Anti-tarnish velvet pouch or branded jewellery box
• Protective outer packaging with tamper-evident seal
• Care instruction card

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you during the WhatsApp order consultation. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time.

Return Policy — 5-Day Window

We want you to be completely delighted with your Aarisha purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, pouches, and accessories must be intact
• The product must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

How to Initiate a Return

2. Share your order details and reason for return
3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
4. Ship the product back in its original packaging

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• If the product passes inspection, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
• If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged during transit).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your preference.

Jewellery Care

While Aarisha jewellery is anti-tarnish, we recommend the following care practices to maintain its beauty:

• Store each piece in the provided anti-tarnish pouch when not in use
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals
• Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or bathing
• Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
• Keep pieces separate to avoid scratching
